Antenna selector

The amplifier has an integrated antenna switch to support up to 3 antennas.
This design is from Kurt (DJ0ABR) which i also modified to 0805 SMD components.

Since my HF transceiver doesn't have a spectrum display or a pan adapter connection, i added an signal 
output for a second receiver (SDR).
The SDR output requiers the use of two antennas. The output is automatically switched between 
Ant-1 and Ant-2, to the currently unsued antenna.
The output is also automatically disconnected and pulled to ground during transmission to prevent
damage from input overdrive.
